   Bay City athletes are advancing to area competition in several events after the recent district meet.
  Blackcat Xylan Williams was the MVP at the district meet.
  Williams was first in the triple jump, 45’5, second in long jump, 22’2 1/2, third in 200m, third in 4x1, and third in 4x2. 
  The team won 2nd overall at district,
  3200m: Anthony Baltazar (2nd), Juan Martinez (4th)
  4x100m Relay: Mack Curtis, Jada Andrews, Antonio Castro, Xylan Williams (3rd)
  800m: Anthony Baltazar (4th)
  100m: Jada Andrews (4th)
  4x200m Relay: Jada Andrews, Jah’Mari Johnson, Antonio Castro, Xylan Williams (3rd)
  400m: Ke’maurion Leday (3rd)
  1600m: Anthony Baltazar (2nd), Juan Martinez (3rd)
  4x400m Relay: Ke’Maurion Leday, Antonio Castro, Jah’Mari Johnson, De’Maurion Leday
  Pole Vault - Ty Schneider (2nd), Keaton Nunez (3rd)
