The Van Vleck Lady Leps secured a playoff spot on Tuesday, April 9, by defeating the Boling Lady Bulldogs 17-1.
Keira Reis picked up the win in four innings of work with six strikeouts.
Leading the way in the hitting department were Olivia Britton 2-2, Alexa Zuniga 2-3, Michelle-Rose Mirelez 2-4.
Also picking up hits were Lakyn Matchett, Kylie Sazera, Keira Reis and Serenity Suarez.
On Friday the Lady Leps had their 11-game winning streak come to end by East Bernard.
Lakyn Matchett started the game and Keira Reis finished the contest with a combined 3 strikeouts.
Leading hitters for the Lady Leps were Olivia Britton, Kylie Sazera , Keira Reis and Jaila Wilson.
The district-leading Leps will hit the road Tuesday when they travel to Brazos and then finish their regular season at home on Friday against Danbury.
Both games are 6 p.m. start times.
